Homestyle Snack Crackers

You will never buy crackers at the store again once you try our homemade version, featuring The Real Homestyle rub.


  • 4 c. all purpose flour

  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter

  • 1 Tbsp. The Real Homestyle rub (plus more to sprinkle on top)

  • 2 Tbsp. dried rosemary, finely chopped

  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Beat 1 egg and 1 Tbsp. water together for egg wash; set aside.

  3. Mix flour, baking soda, 1 Tbsp. Homestyle and 2 Tbsp. rosemary in a large bowl.

  4. Cut in butter until small pebbles form.

  5. Slowly drizzle in milk until dough forms.

  6. Split dough into 4 balls. Working with one ball at a time, roll out on a floured surface until thin (the thinner the dough, the crispier your crackers will be).

  7. Cut dough into individual crackers using your favorite cookie cutter or a pizza wheel.

  8. Arrange crackers on an ungreased cookie sheet. Poke each cracker with a fork, then brush with egg wash and sprinkle with Homestyle, to taste.

  9. Bake 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving (crackers will crisp as they cool).
